Important Update.

Sadly our shop is now closed due to Tier 4 restrictions, however we are posting out online orders as per normal. If you live locally, Adalise is also offering a collection service. Please leave a request with your phone number in the instructions box and we will call you back to arrange. Thank you.

Delivery

  • Free Mainland UK Delivery: (2-4 working days) Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sundays & Bank holidays.
  • Next Day UK Delivery: £8 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be placed before 1pm. Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays.
  • Europe: £10 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (2-5 Working Days to Europe).
  • International: £12 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (5 -10 working days to the rest of the world).

All of our orders will be sent using a ‘signed for’ delivery. Therefore someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

EU & International customers, please note:

Import/customs duties, Vat, brokerage, third party charges and any other charges whatsoever which may be applied at entry by customs in the relevant EU or international country are the responsibility of the customer importing the item(s)  and are not the liability of Adalise.

Should you have any concerns about this, please contact your local customs office to determine your possibility of any such charges prior to placing your order.

Returning Or Exchanging Your Item

We hope you love your Adalise order as much as we loved crafting it, however, if you are unhappy with your piece, for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

To inform us if you wish to return, exchange or cancel your order, please contact sales@adalise.com, quoting your name, order number and request, and we will send you the returns information.

When returning your order, please ensure all items are repackaged in exactly the same condition in which they arrived with you. Adalise cannot offer refunds on pieces that arrive back to us tangled, damaged or with missing parts.

We recommend returning your items using a ‘Signed For’ service to ensure its safe return. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please retain your parcel’s tracking number in case there should be any issues.

Please note  for hygiene reasons, we regret that, unless faulty, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-working days of our receipt of the return. Once we have processed your refund, you will be automatically notified via email. Refunds will only be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded, unless items are faulty.
