  • Free Mainland UK Delivery: (2-4 working days) Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sundays & Bank holidays.

  • Next Day UK Delivery: £8 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be placed before 1pm. Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays.

  • Europe: £10 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (2-5 Working Days to Europe).

  • International: £12 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (5 -10 working days to the rest of the world).

Please note all of our orders will be sent using a ‘signed for’ delivery. Therefore someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

 

Returning Or Exchaning Your Item

We hope you love your Adalise order as much as we loved crafting it, however, if you are unhappy with your piece, for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

To inform us if you wish to return, exchange or cancel your order, please contact sales@adalise.com, quoting your name, order number and request, and we will send you the returns information.

When returning your order, please ensure all items are repackaged in exactly the same condition in which they arrived with you. Adalise cannot offer refunds on pieces that arrive back to us tangled, damaged or with missing parts.

We recommend returning your items using a ‘Signed For’ service to ensure its safe return. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please retain your parcel’s tracking number in case there should be any issues.

Please note  for hygiene reasons, we regret that, unless faulty, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-working days of our receipt of the return. Once we have processed your refund, you will be automatically notified via email. Refunds will only be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded, unless items are faulty.
